HOW TO ENTER: The Sudden Service Nashville Predators Ticket Prize Package Giveaway will begin on 12-21-09 and will end on 03-29-10. To enter, visit a participating area Sudden Service location, and get the current Nashville Predators Ticket Prize Package Promo Code, which is posted at the Budweiser display, or available from store personal. Then go online to www.suddenserviceonline.com to register for your chance to win. You must have the proper Promo Code to access the entry form. Online entries are limited to one entry per person, per IP address, per calendar day. The Sponsors are not responsible for any undelivered entries. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM, 03/29/2010.

PRIZE: One entry will be drawn randomly from all qualified entries. The winner will receive two (2) tickets to an upcoming Nashville Predators hockey game, and a Prize package from Budweiser, consisting of, but not limited to: 2 t-shirts, 2 hats, 2 koozies, and 2 key chains. The Sponser reserves the right to change the contents of the Prize Package if necessary. The Winner will be notified and will be required to pick up the Ticket Prize Package. If the winner cannot be notified within 48 hours after the drawing, the winner will be disqualified, and another winner randomly drawn. Once deemed eligible, the winner will be instructed how, when and where to claim prize. Proper ID must be shown at time of pick up. Prize must be claimed during the time frame specified or the prize will be forfeited. Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash.

GRAND PRIZE: Two (2) entries will be drawn randomly from all qualified entries. Prior winners of this contest are eligible. Each Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) customized Sudden Service/Budweiser Air Hockey Table. The estimated retail value of each Grand Prize is approxmatly $700.00. Each winner must pick up the Grand Prize at a location to be determined. Grand Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash. Sponsers are released from all liability regarding the transport, placement or use of the Grand Prize.

JUDGING: A name will be randomly selected from all entries on hand. Sponsors will act as sole judges of contest. Sudden Service and Budweiser reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the contest rules and dates at any time for any reasons. All decisions are final. Entrants are eligible to win a Sudden Service contest only once every thirty days. Winner is required to sign a release in order to receive their prize.

Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this contest should causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest and, in any such event, select the winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such modification, termination or suspension.
