ELIGIBILITY: Contest open only to persons 18 years or older who are legal United States citizens and have valid government issued photo identification. Employees of Sudden Service ("Sponsor"), Miller/Coors, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, licensees, advertising agencies, distributors, fulfillment companies and immediate families or members of the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. HOW TO ENTER: The Sudden Service / Miller Lite Richard Petty Driving Experience Giveaway will begin on 02-01-2010 and will end on 04-08-2010. To enter, visit a participating area Sudden Service location, and get the current Sudden Service/Miller Lite or Coors Light Promo Code, which is posted at the Miller Lite and Coors Light display, or available from store personal. Then go online to www.suddenserviceonline.com to register for your chance to win. You must have the proper Promo Code to access the entry form. Online entries are limited to one entry per person, per IP address, per calendar day. The Sponsor is not responsible for any undelivered entries. All entries must be received by 11:59 PM, 04/08/2010. Winners will be drawn on 04/09/2010. DRAWING: The Grand Prize winner, and the First Prize winner, will be determined by a random drawing of entries. GRAND PRIZE: One finalist will be selected as the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize winner will receive a 4 day Racing Weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway with Coors Brewing Company. The Sponsor reserves the right to change the contents of the Prize if necessary, to something of equal or greater value. Proper ID must be shown at time of announcement. Prize must be claimed during the time frame specified or the prize will be forfeited. Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash. FIRST PRIZE: One finalist will be selected as the First Prize winner. The First Prize winner will receive a $1000.00 Richard Petty Driving Experience Gift Card. JUDGING: Winners will be randomly selected from all entries on hand. Sponsor will act as sole judge of contest. Sudden Service reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify the contest rules and dates at any time for any reasons. All decisions are final. Entrants are eligible to win a Sudden Service contest only once every thirty days. Winner is required to sign a release in order to receive their prize. MISCELLANEOUS: Non-compliance with any of the Official Rules may result in disqualification. Rules are subject to the interpretation of Sudden Service management. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and agree that Sponsors and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and advertising or promotion agencies that the aforementioned parties and all their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents representatives and shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability, loss, injury or damage to themselves or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this contest. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this contest should causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest and, in any such event, select the winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such modification, termination or suspension.
