Sudden Service/Coors Brewing 4 day Racing Weekend

The 4-Day Weekend will encompass an entire race weekend experience.


Day 1
Give you an opportunity to have your photo taken with the Coors Light Pole Trophy in front of the actual Coors Light Pole Award backdrop used when the driver receives his Coors Light Pole Award after qualifying. Concept: “The Coors Light Pole Trophy Tour”. Each race market will receive a race kit with promotional giveaways for the Thursday night promotion.

Day 2 (depending on track schedule)
Coors Light Pole Day Experience Experience Guests have the opportunity to wave the green flag during qualifying
Guests have the opportunity to hang on pit-road and get up close and personal with the heartbeat of NASCAR, then attend the Coors Light Pole presentation post qualifying. (Photos and Meet-and-Greet with Coors Light Pole winner)
Coors Light Hospitality at CL VIP Compound – Snacks and Lunch or Dinner depending on qualifying time

Day 3
Coors Light Hospitality at CL VIP Compound – Lunch Hot Pass Credentials – Full Pit and Garage Access

Day 4
Coors Light Hospitality at CL VIP Compound – Breakfast & Lunch
Hot Pass Credentials
Pit Tour

All guests will receive Coors Light Pole hats, a flag just like the Coors Light Pole Winner and a fun filled weekend as a Coors Light VIP!
A professional photographer will be on site during the weekend to take photos of your guests having the time of their life!
Please note that in case of qualifying cancellation due to inclement weather – no Pole Day activities will take place, however additional VIP activities will take place during the weekend
