MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO ENTER, and a legal resident of Tennessee, or military personal stationed on active duty in Tennessee, and have valid government issued photo identification. Sweepstakes begins at 8:00am on April 19, 2010 and ends at 12:00pm on June 18, 2010.

HOW TO ENTER: Contestants may participate in the Sweepstakes in any of three (3) ways:

1) On-Line Entries: Complete and submit an official entry form by visiting www.suddenserviceonline.com, selecting the link for this sweepstakes and following the instructions to submit an entry (which must include name, complete address, day and/or evening telephone numbers, age and proper Sudden Service Promo Code, which is available at participating Sudden Service locations during normal business hours during the Sweepstakes period). Each Sunday between April 30th, 2010, and June 18th, 2010, from all eligible online entries received between the preceding Sunday and 11:59pm that day, two (2) Qualifiers will be selected at random. Each of these eighteen (18) Qualifiers will receive a Secondary Prize and will qualify for the Grand Prize, which is scheduled to be awarded on or about June 26, 2010 (subject to confirmation of eligibility). An additional forty-five (45) Qualifiers will be selected at random from the remaining pool of eligible entries received (these Qualifiers will not win a secondary prize), for a total of sixty-three (63) Qualifiers selected through this entry method.
2) 'Live Remote' Radio Partner Entries: Listeners may qualify by attending any of the five (5) 103 WKDF live remote broadcasts taking place at Sudden Service locations between June 4th, 2010 and June 26th, 2010 (the dates, times and locations of which will be announced on air and posted on the WKDF website during the sweepstakes period) and completing and submitting an entry form (which must include the entrant's name, address, phone number, email address and date of birth). At the end of each live remote appearance, from all eligible entries received at that remote appearance, WKDF will select five (5) Qualifiers at random, except that at the final Live Remote on June 26th, 2010, six (6) Qualifiers will be selected, for a total of twenty-six (26) Qualifiers selected at the live remote appearances. In addition, twelve (12) secondary prizes will be awarded to secondary prize winners selected at random from the eligible entries received at remotes.
3) On-Air Entries: WKDF, listeners will have the chance to play the 103WKDF Match Game by listening for the cue to call in to be announced on air weekdays between June 1st, 2010 and June 24th, 2010. The seventh caller after the cue to call in is announced will have the chance to choose two (2) pieces on our match game board. If the prizes designated to the two (2) selected pieces match one another, the selected caller will win that specific prize and will qualify for the Grand Prize (subject to confirmation of eligibility). This shall continue until all match game prizes have been awarded and fourteen (14) Qualifiers have been selected.
There are twenty-five (25) pieces/numbers on the 103WKDf Match Game board - twenty-two (22) matching squares (11 pairs/prizes) and three (3) squares that are instant winners which, if selected, the caller instantly wins that prize without having to match and qualifies for the Grand Prize. Match Game boards are available at the 103WKDF Website (103WKDF.com) or at any 103WKDF event at Sudden Service between June 4th, 2010 and June24th, 2010.

A total of one hundred and three (103) Qualifiers will be selected in this Sweepstakes.

1. Only one (1) entry per IP address per calendar day will be permitted. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries permitted. Neither Sponsor nor any of its agencies are responsible for lost, late, misdirected, unintelligible, illegible, postage due, stolen, returned, or undelivered, entries, mail or e-mail, or for lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, miscommunications, failed computer, network, telephone, satellite or cable hardware or software or lines, or technical failure, or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network. Persons who tamper with or abuse any aspect of sweepstakes, or website, or violate website's Terms of Service, as solely determined by Sponsor, will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this sweepstakes, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized website access. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participants or any other persons, computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes. Should any portion of sweepstakes be, in Sponsor's sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in sole opinion of Sponsor, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this sweepstakes, or submission of entries, Sponsor reserves right at its sole discretion to suspend, modify, or terminate sweepstakes, and randomly select winners from valid Internet entries received prior to action taken and mail-in entries All materials submitted become the property of the Sponsors, and none will be returned. Sponsor and Station reserve the right in their sole discretion to modify the contest rules and dates at any time for any reason. Material modifications shall be announced on-air and on each party's respective website, when practical. By participating in this contest, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules, any modifications thereof, and by all other rules imposed by Sponsor or Station.

2. Grand Prize Drawing: Qualifiers will be selected as described in Section 1 of these official rules. On or about June 26, 2010, all eligible qualifiers will participate in a reverse drawing to determine the winner of the Busch Bass Boat. Qualifiers must be present for a chance to win. The last name drawn in the reverse drawing will be the Grand Prize Winner. The odds of qualifying depend on the entry method and the total number of eligible entries received for that entry method. The odds of winning the Grand Prize, once qualified, are 1 in 103, but will depend upon the total number of eligible Qualifiers present at the Grand Prize Drawing event. Decisions of the Sponsor and Station are final on all sweepstake matters. Winner may not substitute or transfer prizes, and prizes are not redeemable for cash, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes with prizes of equal or greater value, in its sole discretion. Prize cannot be assigned, transferred, changed, or redeemed for cash. Winner is required to sign a release in order to receive their prize.

3. All prizes will be awarded. Winners will be required to complete, sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release within 14 days of prize notification. In the event of noncompliance within this time period, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification or prize returned to the sponsor or its agencies as undeliverable will result in disqualification and the awarding of that prize to an alternate winner. Prizes are awarded as is, with no written or express warranty. Prizes are limited solely to those items explicitly set forth herein and shall not include any other expenses, incidentals or taxes that may arise out of a winner's acceptance of a prize.

4. Sweepstakes open to legal residents of Tennessee, who are 21 years of age or older. Employees and the immediate families of employees of Hollingsworth Oil Co., dba Sudden Service, Mid South Boats, 103 WKDF, Anheuser-Busch, Inc., its affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, wholesale distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and all retail licensees are ineligible. Immediate family shall include spouse, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, grandchildren and any other person residing within the same household. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to federal, state and local regulations. No purchase necessary. Taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of individual winners, along with any Registration and License fees. Winners will receive an IRS 1099 tax form for the value of their prize as stated in these official rules. Photo identification and social security number of the winners may also be required in order to collect the prize.

5. Acceptance of prize offered constitutes permission to use winner's name, voice, biographical information and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without further compensation in all media now known or hereafter discovered world wide and on the World Wide Web without notice or review or approval or additional compensation, as permitted by law

6. Prize Details: (a) One (1) Grand Prize: One (1) winner will receive A Stratos Bass Boat, with a 50hp Yamaha outboard, and Trailer. Any options not included as part of the standard equipment, registration, title, licensing fees, taxes (including, but not limited to, sales taxes and income taxes), insurance and costs associated with the vehicle, including any travel and transportation costs associated with collecting the boat, if applicable, are solely the responsibility of the winner. Winner must be eligible for vehicle registration in the State of Tennessee and must meet all insurance requirements required by the State of Tennessee. Winner does not have the choice of color or options. Winner must accept delivery of the vehicle at a specified time and location. If a winner cannot accept the prize as stated by sponsor the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Approximate retail value (ARV) for the Bass Boat package is $16,000.00.
(b) Thirty (30) Other/Secondary Prizes will be awarded. Weekly prizes will include: Busch Fishing Coolers; Rod 'n Reel Kits; Busch Fishing inflatable boat; and entries into local American Bass Angler fishing tournaments. Total ARV of all secondary prizes $ 5,900.00. Total estimated retail value of all prizes $ 21,900.00

7. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to release and hold sponsors and Station harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, liabilities and actions of any kind resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injuries, death and property damage, and their participation in the sweepstakes. By participating in this sweepstakes, participants agree to be bound by all the Official Rules of this sweepstakes.

8. MISCELLANEOUS: Non-compliance with any of the Official Rules may result in disqualification. Rules are subject to the interpretation of Sudden Service management. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and agree that Sponsors and Station and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors and advertising or promotion agencies that the aforementioned parties and all their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents representatives and shall have no liability and will be held harmless by entrant for any liability, loss, injury or damage to themselves or any other person or entity, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize or participation in this contest. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this contest should causes beyond the reasonable control of Sponsors corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the contest and, in any such event, select the winner from those eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to event requiring such modification, termination or suspension. Winners must agree to allow their likeness to be used for promotional purposes. Sponsor and Station are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the sweepstakes or in the announcement of a prize.
